Thus, an element of guesswork entered the picture to only "hopefully" get it right. Mere hopefulness, however, was unacceptable to this seller, so he decided on the option to cut out a panel through the pantry wall to expose the rear components of the shower's anatomy. This resulted in the ideal and perfect fit for the new valve, avoiding all guesswork. The "back door" entry is now in place and out-of-sight, giving easy access to any future repair by simply removing the screws. Furthermore, the A/C unit is as good as it gets, having been installed this very month, June 1, 2022. Paperwork will be left in plain sight and the receipt for the $6,000 unit will be emailed accordingly, along with the warranty. The self-managed association has a budget that is fully funded with adequate reserve. A brand new roof was installed 2 years ago and the walkways on each floor were redone as well.
