You'll need to provide your last three months of bank statements and your last three pay stubs, W2, tax returns, or retirement accounts. We'll contact your employer and previous landlord to ensure everything checks out. Lease terms are limited to a maximum of 12 months. WHEN APPLYING: Complete the online application thoroughly; incomplete applications will not be processed. The $60 application fee is non-refundable. It may take up to 5 business days for us to review your application. Please make payments using approved methods; cash, checks, or money orders are not accepted. To maintain safety and compliance with regulations, cohabitation is not allowed. IF APPROVED: You'll need to pay all move-in funds immediately after written approval—first month's rent, any partial month prorations, security deposit, and a one-time fee. If applicable, you'll also need to pay any neighborhood association fees. The lease agreement will be prepared for signatures after 3 business days of payment. Upon moving in, you're responsible for setting up utilities in your name. Tenant insurance is mandatory before moving in.
