The pool was built by the premier pool builder, T & D Pools. It has a quartz surface that still looks like new. We also are the only neighborhood that has individual irrigation wells so you can water your lawn as much as you want without raising your water bill. Plus we are so close to The Villages Charter school, shopping and restaurants, you are close to everything. Because we're in Sumter county, our taxes have actually gone down the last couple years.
