You must make 3 times the rent amount in income between all applicants, no prior evictions or landlord related collections.
We require first month and double security in order to move in (same as first, last and security) can be waived depending on credit and owner approval.
Application decisions are based on the application as a whole, income, what is on your credit, length of employment etc are all taken into consideration.
There is a one time $75 leasing fee that must be paid at move in.
Pets are ok with a $250 pet fee
