This is a duplex-- a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is on one side and an attached Guest Suite which is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is on the other side. This ad is for the 2 bed/2 bath apartment which consists of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full-size kitchen with stove, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator & freezer, dining room, front living room, back living room, front yard and a large private fenced in backyard. Washer/dryer is located in the garage and is shared but only with our housekeeper who will use it in the AM. Your designated hours to use the washer and dryer will be from 3pm-8pm everyday of the week. All utilities are included- Wi-Fi, electric, water, lawn care, trash/recycling, and washer/dryer. The AC thermostat is on a comfortable set schedule and is only controlled by the owners. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM every day. Ideally looking for a 3-month lease or more but will consider a 30 day. $2,100 per month starting July 15th. (If you are interested in Jan-Mar 2024, please inquire for the winter rate). Tenant to pay for screening prior to singing the agreement. At the time of signing the agreement, a $350 deposit will be due. 90 days prior to check-in, first month's rent, lasts month's rent, a $250 cleaning fee and a $39 Limited Liability Damage Waiver fee is due upon signing. Note that a mid-stay cleaning fee may be applicable if the lease is longer than 3 months. Per FL regulations, if you sign a lease that is less than 181 days, you are subject to 12.5% sales tax.
