However, this home has 3 bedrooms with an oversized office/den. This den has double doors for privacy (just no closet). The Owners have upgraded many features in the home with new windows (Dec. 2021), water heater (months old), New Roof (2020), New AC unit (2019), New Interior paint (2022) and many other features, i.e., attractively designed storage compartments in the master bath, 2nd bedroom and laundry room.
