Be sure to walk down to the waterfront to see The Gulf of Mexico and nearby Sunset Beach. Everyone loves to visit the Sponge Docks area of Tarpon Springs and enjoy the local culture with many fine stores, antique shops, restaurants, art stores, and cultural centers. First Friday in downtown Tarpon Springs is a MUST! The Condo fee includes water, sewer, trash, pool, cable, plus maintenance and insurance of the buildings, including flood insurance, and grounds.
