The owner is a second generation family member whose family has owned the unit for 45 years, and finds it to be a small, friendly community (only 62 units) in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to everything, but away from the hubbub of the vacation strip. The reserved parking space (01) is just off the covered patio making trips in and out a snap. Plenty of guest parking is nearby. It’s a secure building with access only via code or key, and a laundry facility on the grounds with security cameras for your peace of mind. An additional storage area is located near the pool (shared with other residents) for bikes and kayaks. Right down the street is the Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis, the City of Treasure Island's flagship waterfront recreation center, featuring golf, 8 Har-Tru clay and 2 asphalt tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts, and footgolf, as well as a host of various other recreational facilities, all in a semi-tropical park setting overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. Close to John's Pass, restaurants, shopping and walk to the beautiful Treasure Island beach or downtown Treasure Island with all of its restaurants and shops. Centrally located with easy access to downtown St. Pete, I-275 and Tampa airport makes this the perfect home to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Sorry there are no pets allowed, but approved service animals are welcomed. 30 day minimum rental. Paradise Boulevard is a lovely boulevard to walk or bike.
